- Design and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development
- Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and succession needs.
- Design and lead HiPo identification and development frameworks to build leadership and critical-skill pipelines.
- Lead initiatives in performance management, career development, and employee engagement.
- Manage the annual performance review process and continuously improve related frameworks and tools. Experience on Nine-Box Grid
