Profile Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Manager Talent Acquisition to join our client's corporate HR Team. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across the organization, from Executive level to CXO level positions. The role will also play a key part in transformation projects, employer branding initiatives, and process improvements to strengthen the overall talent acquisition framework.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions across functions and levels (Executive to CXO).
- Partner with senior business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver efficient recruitment solutions.
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, headhunting, and leveraging recruitment platforms/networks.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice in the chemical and manufacturing industry.
- Contribute to transformation and process improvement projects within the TA and broader HR function, ensuring adoption of best practices and innovative hiring techniques.
- Manage recruitment analytics, dashboards, and reporting to track hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with external partners (search firms, consultants, agencies) for niche and leadership hiring when required.
Education:
MBA with 48 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in manufacturing/chemical/engineering sectors.
