Role & responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Set up the Talent Acquisition process. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for all Management staff recruitment. The role will involve sourcing, assessment, and selection strategies.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline recruitment processes.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the organisation's employer brand through creative and innovative strategies, ensuring a strong presence in the talent market and a positive candidate experience.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion in recruitment processes to ensure a diverse talent pipeline and equitable hiring practices.
- HR Operations: life cycle management from hire to exit, with coordination with all relevant stakeholders. (HR Letters, Invoice, Exits, Employee Certificates, Internship Certificates, etc.)
- Talent Management: Design and execute talent strategies that support the organisation's growth plans. Conduct talent reviews and draw up action plans for critical talent. Review and support the talent movement plans for the Sites and Corporate functions. Succession planning for identified critical talent. Collaborate with the APAC talent team to implement global/regional programs.
Preferred candidate profile:
- The incumbent should be a Management Graduate.
- Should have around 10 to 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a particular emphasis on Leadership / Management Hiring in the Manufacturing Industry
- Leadership and people management abilities.
- An ability to engage with senior leaders and ensure the onboarding of the right talent.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools, Excel, Power BI, and ATS platforms
- Good Communication & Reporting skills
