Manager - Talent Acquisition (LAP / Gold Loan)

About the Role

- We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring for the LAP and Gold Loan businesses. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment strategy, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring to support business growth, branch expansion, and key strategic initiatives.

- The ideal candidate should have strong experience in BFSI hiring, with expertise in secured lending talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end hiring for the LAP and/or Gold Loan businesses across sales, operations, credit, collections, risk, and support functions.

- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower planning, hiring priorities, and expansion plans.

- Build and execute effective hiring strategies for frontline, mid-level, and specialized roles.

- Develop strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels including consultants, referrals, job portals, and direct hiring.

- Ensure quality closures within agreed timelines while maintaining strong candidate experience.

- Drive market mapping and talent intelligence for critical and competitive roles.

- Track recruitment KPIs such as TAT, closures, source mix, offer conversion, and joining ratios.

- Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 recruiters to ensure hiring delivery.

- Ensure adherence to hiring governance, compliance, and process discipline.

- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 6-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong BFSI hiring exposure.

- Prior experience in LAP/BLAP/Secured Loans/Gold Loan hiring is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of branch hiring and lending business talent markets.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Proven experience in handling high-volume hiring.

- Team handling experience preferred.

- Strong execution focus and ability to work in a growth-driven environment.
