- Develop strong and constructive relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, key HR contacts, and across the broader Taggd organization.
- Ensure efficient delivery of solutions in line with contractual obligations and agreed client service levels.
- Contribute to the commercial success of the account by achieving monthly and annual targets.
- Develop end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet long-term client requirements.
- Build an effective Talent Pool framework for all business units, including job segmentation, defined sourcing strategies, and a clear engagement plan for each role type.
- Work effectively with the sourcing and operations teams to ensure a smooth and positive client and candidate experience.
- Manage and mentor team members within the sourcing and recruitment teams, guiding them on best practices, client culture, and supporting their success in their roles.
- Ensure all Taggd and client systems are updated accurately and in a timely manner
- Produce timely and accurate activity reports and management information reporting.
