Role Overview:
The Manager - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the organization, based in Mumbai. This role collaborates closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent, contributing directly to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to build a robust pipeline of talent.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors to ensure effective and cost-efficient recruitment solutions.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
- Support HR Operations with onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in Learning and Development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and build strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Proven ability to source and attract top talent through various channels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Experience with HR Generalist and HR Operations functions.
- Familiarity with Talent Management and Employee Engagement strategies.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
