We're hiring for a Talent Acquisition Manager role with a leading FMCG organization.

- This role will drive end-to-end hiring across functions, partnering closely with business leaders to understand talent needs and build strong pipelines.

- The individual will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, improving hiring processes, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience while delivering on aggressive hiring targets.

- We're looking for someone with strong stakeholder management, a data-driven approach to hiring, and prior exposure to FMCG, consumer, or high-growth setups would be an advantage.

The role is structured as ~70% core Talent Acquisition delivery and ~30% strategic talent projects, including process improvements and talent planning initiatives.
