Job Title: Manufacturing Recruitment Recruiter
Location: Fort, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM / 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Interview Location: Fort (Face-to-Face)
Education: Graduate/PG in HR Stream
Job Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing Candidates:
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top talent.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
2. Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure recruitment goals are met.
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
3. Recruitment Dashboard:
- Prepare and present recruitment dashboards and reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and progress.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
4. End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding and settling.
- Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
5. Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in preparing and presenting recruitment dashboards.
- Ability to manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Human Resources or related field.
