About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and drive our end-to-end recruitment strategy across all functions. This individual will be instrumental in building strong talent pipelines, collaborating with leadership, enhancing the employer brand, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process that aligns with our growth objectives.
Strong Stakeholder management skills mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's growth plans.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across multiple business verticals.
- Partner with department heads and leadership teams to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research, social platforms, and networking.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring efforts.
- Implement and manage ATS systems, recruiting tools, and metrics dashboards to track and report hiring KPIs.
- Mentor and lead a team of recruiters and coordinators, fostering a high-performance hiring culture.
- Collaborate with the employer branding team to enhance visibility and brand reputation in the talent market.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, recruitment agencies, and staffing firms when needed.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven success in hiring for technology, product, sales, and support functions.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring best practices.
- Experience with ATS platforms like Lever, Greenhouse, or similar.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization.
