Manager - Talent Acquisition - Consulting & Advisory Functions - Financial Services Firm

We are looking for a high-impact Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end hiring for Consulting & Advisory functions. Key Responsibilities

1. Own and manage end-to-end talent acquisition for Consulting & Advisory group functions

2. Partner with hiring managers, senior leaders, and HR stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver hiring outcomes

3. Drive hiring excellence by meeting SLAs, quality of hire, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire metrics

4. Act as a consultative advisor by providing hiring insights, market intelligence, and data-driven recommendations

5. Build and strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent

6. Enhance candidate and stakeholder experience through clear communication and periodic reporting

7. Effectively utilize ATS to maximize hiring efficiency and process effectiveness

2. Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management
