Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy

- Develop and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.

- Forecast hiring needs and build a robust recruitment plan for quarterly and annual cycles.

- Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen visibility in the job market.

2. End-to-End Recruitment Management

- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for mid, senior, and leadership roles.

- Ensure quality sourcing through job portals, networks, referrals, social media, direct search, and agencies.

- Review and refine job descriptions, interview structures, and assessment frameworks.

3. Team Leadership

- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters; set performance KPIs and monitor outcomes.

- Build capability within the team by introducing best practices, tools, and hiring methodologies.

4. Stakeholder Management

- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements.

- Conduct regular review meetings, pipeline updates, and hiring dashboards.

- Provide market insights, compensation benchmarking, and talent intelligence.

5. Process Excellence

- Optimize recruitment processes to ensure speed, quality, and compliance.

- Implement ATS best practices; drive data-driven hiring decisions.

- Monitor metrics such as TAT, source mix, quality of hire, and cost per hire.

6. Candidate Experience

- Ensure smooth communication and timely feedback throughout the hiring process.

- Drive improvements in interview experience, onboarding coordination, and offer closure.

7. Vendor & Partner Management

- Manage external recruitment partners, negotiate rates, and monitor performance.

- Build strategic partnerships with universities, agencies, and industry networks.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

- 7+ years of progressive experience in recruitment.

- Strong understanding of market trends, sourcing strategies, and talent mapping.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working with ATS platforms and HR analytics tools.
