About the Role:

We are seeking a highly capable and results-driven Lead - Talent Acquisition to oversee the full recruitment lifecycle and support hiring across multiple business functions. The role requires a seasoned professional with demonstrated expertise in managing diverse hiring mandates within fast-paced and growth-oriented environments. The ideal individual will bring deep functional hiring experience, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute the complete Talent Acquisition lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational workforce plans.

- Manage recruitment for key business functions such as Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, and Accounts.

- Develop and implement robust sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent from FMCG, Pharma, Ecommerce, and D2C sectors.

- Partner with department leaders to understand talent needs and deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.

- Drive all recruitment stages including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, evaluations, and offer management.

- Maintain an active and future-ready talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.

- Leverage hiring data and recruitment analytics to improve efficiency and decision-making. - Ensure a professional, positive, and seamless candidate experience.

Requirements:

- 5-12+ years of strong recruitment experience within FMCG, Pharma, Ecommerce, or D2C industries.

- Proven expertise and deep knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

- Experience independently handling multiple functional hiring portfolios.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
