Hiring: Manager Talent Acquisition (Volume & Corporate Hiring)

EduBridge Learning is hiring a hands-on TA Manager to own volume and corporate hiring outcomes across locations. This is a playercoach role where you will personally drive closures while managing a team of 34 recruiters.
This role is suited for recruiters who are strong in execution, numbers, and closuresnot just coordination.
Role Snapshot:
- Team size: 3 to 4 recruiters
- Hiring type: Volume + Corporate
- Target: 20+ joins per month
- Environment: Fast-paced, target-driven
- Ownership: End-to-end TA delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end hiring: sourcing screening interviews offers joining
- Deliver 20+ monthly joins across multiple locations
- Lead and coach a TA team to meet weekly and monthly targets
- Build scalable sourcing channels: Job Portals, Referrals, WhatsApp networks, etc.
- Run daily and weekly hiring reviews with funnel visibility
- Track and report KPIs
- Build and maintain a ready candidate bench for critical roles
- Work closely with business stakeholders on demand planning
Eligibility Read Carefully This role is NOT suitable for:
- IT / Tech / Product-only recruiters
- Corporate TA professionals without volume targets
We will consider ONLY candidates with:
- 6 to 9 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Background in RPO / Skill Development / Vocational / Education / Training-focused organisations
- Proven experience in high-volume white-collar or frontline hiring
- Hands-on hiring for roles such as Trainers, Centre Managers, Placement Managers, Operations or Corporate roles
- Experience managing recruiters while personally closing roles
- Comfortable with targets, dashboards, and daily reviews
- Immediate or short notice period preferred
