
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead hiring for our growing portfolio of F&B brands. This role involves partnering closely with business leaders to build strong teams, enhance the employer brand, and deliver best-in-class candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple brands and business units in India.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs and design effective hiring strategies.
- Build robust talent pipelines for niche and volume hiring functions.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position as an employer of choice in the F&B space.
- Collaborate with HR and Operations to improve onboarding, retention, and engagement.
- Use analytics and market insights to support proactive hiring decisions.
Desired Profile
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally from F&B, hospitality, or retail sectors.
- Strong network and understanding of front-line and leadership hiring across hospitality roles.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and strategic sourcing skills.
- Passion for people, culture, and building teams that deliver memorable guest experiences.
