
- Partner with business and leadership teams to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Drive leadership hiring (Associate Director level and above) across Product, Tech, Marketing, and Business functions.
- Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies for niche and senior-level roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, assessment, interviews, and offer closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders including CXOs and business heads.
- Conduct market mapping and talent benchmarking across startups and digital-first organizations.
- Enhance employer branding and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters to improve overall hiring effectiveness and scalability.
