Our Client is Hiring Manager - Talent Acquisition (Blue Collar) for Mumbai Location

Experience: 10+ years

Location: Mumbai

Educational Qualification: MBA in HR

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead strategic hiring initiatives in an ever-evolving recruitment landscape. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing and acquiring top talent in Blue Collar positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Talent Acquisition:

- Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet blue-collar hiring needs.

- Lateral recruitment of Blue Collar (K Band, HRW and Project Associates) for Businesses at Vikhroli, Khalapur and Dahej locations.

- Conversion of long-term Temporaries to HRW as per business requirements.

- Blue Collar Recruitment (Temporaries) for the businesses based at Vikhroli& Khalapur locations.

- Campus Recruitment of Trade Apprentices (Approx. 500 nos. annually) for businesses.

- Registration of Apprentices under the BOAT for GET/DET, NSDC for GT and RDAT for Trade Apprentices.

- Reimbursement of claims under the Apprentices Act from BOAT, NSDC,& RDAT.

- Usage of optimal mix of internal and external resources for Lateral, Temporaries & Company Trainee Recruitment.

- Adherence to the prescribed SLAs of time while on-boarding right candidates for businesses.

- Optimizing of recruitment cost and adherence to the annual recruitment budget.

- Maintain a database of potential candidates and recruitment metrics to optimize hiring practices.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Businesses, and leadership to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.

Candidate Experience:

- Ensure a seamless, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Promote the organization's employer brand to attract top-tier talent.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge ofBlue-Collar hiring landscape, labor laws and government Acts.

- A collaborative team player with a high level of integrity and discretion to handle confidential matters.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience working in manufacturing organizations.
