Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing and developing a high-performing TA team.
This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent across various departments.
The manager will be a hands-on leader, responsible for optimizing our recruitment processes, leveraging data to drive decisions, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a robust talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and growth plans.
- Analyze key recruiting metrics and data to identify trends, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and labor market changes to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Partner with leadership and department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing and recruitment plans.
- Oversee the talent budget and vendor relationships, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing tools.
Operational Management:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Implement and manage scalable recruitment processes and tools to support company growth.
- Oversee the creation of compelling job descriptions, and ensure all postings are optimized for maximum reach and applicant quality.
- Lead complex or senior-level searches, acting as a hands-on recruiter when needed to fill critical roles.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience, from initial contact to offer acceptance, maintaining the companys brand and values throughout the process.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and provide continuous feedback and coaching to the team.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
- Develop and deliver training to hiring managers on interviewing techniques, unconscious bias, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or a related HR field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive process improvements.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles, including technical, corporate, and entry-level positions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
- Certification from a recognized HR body (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Experience with advanced sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, specialized job boards).
- Familiarity with employer branding and candidate relationship management (CRM) strategies
