About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager. The ideal candidate will bring deep TA expertise from a multinational environment, with a strong focus on scalable referral strategies, stakeholder collaboration, and talent pipeline development. This role is critical to strengthening internal sourcing, enhancing employee engagement, and reducing time-to-hire through a high-impact referral ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and analyze referral metrics (volume, conversion, quality) and identify areas of improvement.
- Drive marketing campaigns, internal engagement, and communication strategies to promote the referral program across business units.
- Leverage data-driven insights to improve the effectiveness of TA strategies and optimize cost-per-hire.
- Collaborate with Talent Branding and Internal Comms to ensure the program is widely visible and recognized.
- Lead and mentor a small TA team or work cross-functionally with recruiters to deliver on hiring targets.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal guidelines related to hiring and employee referrals.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling employee referral programs.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, workforce planning, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, data analysis, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with ATS and HR analytics platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to employer branding, TA analytics, and diversity hiring is a plus.
