1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Collaborate with business heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Manage corporate and senior-level recruitment.
- Build employer branding initiatives in line with company values.
2. HR Policy & Compliance:
- Formulate, update, and implement HR policies as per legal/regulatory guidelines (POSH, labour laws, etc.).
- Handle compliance audits, statutory documentation, and internal controls.
3. Employee Engagement & Communication:
- Design and implement engagement strategies (Townhalls, R&R, Surveys).
- Act as an employee advocate while maintaining organizational objectives.
- Monitor employee morale, retention, and workplace culture.
4. HR Data, Analytics & Reporting:
- Maintain HR dashboards (headcount, attrition, hiring TAT, etc.).
- Generate reports for management on key HR metrics and insights.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of HR laws and compliance in the NBFC/HFC sector
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong data orientation and experience with HRMS platforms
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach
