SCM Manager Position: SCM Manager Location: Coimbatore Industry: Textiles Qualification: A Diploma or Degree in Engineering Experience: 8+ years extensive plant level SCM management experience with Supply Chain 4.0. Role: - A supply chain manager is responsible for overseeing the entire process of getting a product or service from its point of origin to the end consumer. This includes managing the movement of raw materials, manufacturing, inventory management, transportation, and distribution. - Shipping schedules, and warehouse locations, Managing stock replenishment, establishing and maintain relationships with suppliers, Evaluating supplier performance, controlling costs across the supply chain, enforce quality standards from raw materials to finished products. Job Description: - Develops and implements plans for managing supply chain processes for production and operations. Monitoring inventory levels, Ensuring the right resource availability for manufacturing. Scheduling deliveries and tracking shipments. - Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and marketing, Production to plan on-time deliveries. - Administration of supply and demand, sourcing raw materials and components, warehousing and inventory tracking, order processing and management, distribution across all channels, and delivery to the final customer.
