Manager - Supply Chain - Beauty & Personal Care

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain professional to lead our end-to-end operations within the dynamic Beauty and Personal Care segment. In this role, you will orchestrate the entire flow of goods, from procurement and demand planning to final distribution, ensuring our premium products reach customers with maximum efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and finance to align supply capabilities with market demand. Your strategic oversight will directly impact our bottom line by optimizing inventory health, reducing lead times, and scaling our logistics infrastructure to support our aggressive growth targets in the Indian market.

Job Description:

- Manage warehouse, inventory, fulfilment and distribution operations

- Drive demand forecasting and inventory planning

- Handle domestic and international shipments, including import/export and customs

- Coordinate with logistics, manufacturing, procurement and business teams

- Optimise freight, inventory and overall supply chain costs

- Manage internal teams and external logistics/3PL partners

- Track supply chain KPIs and drive operational improvements

- Lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy to ensure seamless product availability across all sales channels, directly impacting customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

- Oversee complex import and export operations, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards and optimizing customs clearance processes to minimize transit delays.
