The Role:

The egg industry is highly competitive and Eggoz endeavors to disrupt the industry.

It is looking for a Senior Manager - Supply Chain (Punjab) to anchor the function for Punjab location, to optimize Supply Chain performance, onboard best practices and partner Customer Success to help achieve Eggoz's business goals. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, collaborative leader, and strong people manager who can drive both strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- As a SPOC for Supply Chain for Punjab State, be responsible for strategic & financial planning and execution of all supply chain activities - end to end across all farms

- Assistin preparation of annual budget, monitoring expenses including CAPEX &Infrastructure and inventory budgets, variance reconciliation, and implement cost improvement initiatives

- Collaborate and draw up SOP planning including Demand planning and Supply Planning Distribution

- Responsible for all aspects of capacity planning, inventory planning and management at respective Farms from receiving to final disposition of products and materials

- Set Customer Service Level (OTIF) for the Team and assure achievement of the agreed targets.

- Develop logistics and planning solutions encompassing Farm to Fork network design

- Derive KPIs for self and team from the Organisation OKRs to achieve Organisational

deliverables

- Optimise operational management of warehouse and transportation, implement Logistics

strategy thereby ensure seamless logistics operations in all nodes of distribution

- In the near future, play an active role in the transformation journey into a digital supply chain (including ERP implementation)

What We Are Looking For:

- B.Tech / MBA in Operations Management with 7-9 years of proven experience in Supply Chain / Logistics in FMCG, AgriTech, or other high-growth organizations

- Strong expertise in inventory planning and management, demand forecasting, warehouse network design, supplier performance monitoring, and transportation operations

- Ability to design and implement SOPs, ensure regulatory compliances, and leverage

information systems for effective supply chain monitoring

- Demonstrated capability to lead and manage zonal poultry farms with strong leadership, team-building, and decision-making skills

- Can deliver operationally within deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities

- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver results within deadlines

- Create open communication culture in team and encourage a good team culture

- Hands-on experience in ERP implementation or digital supply chain transformation.
