Manager - Sourcing & Supply Chain - Solar/Wind

Designation: Sourcing & Supply Chain Manager (Solar/Wind).

Location: Mumbai.

Experience: 3+ years.

Salary: Up to 10 LPA.

Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.

Travel: As per business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead sourcing and vendor management for green energy projects.

- Oversee the supply chain and logistics function, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

- Manage inventory control systems to optimize stock and minimise holding costs.

- Drive cost optimisation initiatives across procurement and logistics operations.

- Foster cross-functional collaboration with project, engineering, and finance teams to support strategic -business goals.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sourcing, SCM, vendor management, and inventory control within the energy, manufacturing, or engineering industries.

- Expertise in supply chain and logistics management, preferably with experience in green energy solutions.

- Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
