- Manage daily operations and performance monitoring of Solar PV and Wind assets to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.

- Oversee contractors and O&M teams, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.

- Monitor and analyze asset performance data, identifying areas for optimization and implementing corrective measures.

- Prepare and present performance and financial reports for management, lenders, and customers.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory frameworks, grid codes, and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).

- Build and maintain effective relationships with MSEDCL officials, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.

- Lead contract negotiations, vendor management, and performance evaluations for O&M service providers.

- Support technical assessments, due diligence, and integration of new renewable energy projects.

- Develop and execute strategies to enhance asset value, reduce downtime, and improve operational returns.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and project teams to ensure holistic asset management.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

- 10-12 years of experience in Solar PV and Wind asset management within the renewable energy sector.

- Strong understanding of solar plant operations, monitoring systems, and performance optimization.

- Proven track record in managing large-scale renewable assets, O&M operations, and vendor relationships.

- Experience in stakeholder management including regulatory bodies, lenders, and customers.

- Proficiency in data analysis, plant monitoring tools, and performance reporting platforms.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Hands-on experience with MSEDCL procedures and renewable energy regulatory processes preferred.

- Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret performance KPIs.
