Manager - Solar Operations

Description:

- Lead end-to-end O&M of Solar PV plants to ensure maximum generation and uptime

- Monitor plant performance through SCADA systems and drive efficiency improvements

- Manage BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) operations (if applicable)

- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and grid requirements

- Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical & mechanical systems

- Manage vendors, contractors, and service agreements

- Analyse plant performance data and implement corrective actions

- Drive cost optimization through effective budgeting and resource planning

- Lead, mentor, and manage site operations teams
