- Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy aligned with company goals.

- Manage and create content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.

- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to produce engaging graphics, videos, and campaigns.

- Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.

- Analyze key metrics, prepare monthly reports, and suggest improvements.

- Handle online reputation management and community engagement.

- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing social media accounts, preferably for an IT or tech company.

- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

- Strong knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and algorithms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to improve performance.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation through social channels.

- Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content promotion.

- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Sprout Social.
