Manager/Senior Manager - US Finance Controller - Pharma - Must be in US

Experience: Min. 10-15 Years (Finance & Accounting; US GAAP & Regulatory)

Qualification: CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification

Nationality : US

Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical / Healthcare (US Market Exposure Preferred)

Skills Set:

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, taxation, compliance, and internal controls

- Financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Team leadership and coordination with global finance leadership

- AR/AP, banking, audit readiness, and internal controls

- Exposure to pharma/healthcare industry and US market operations

Role Purpose: To oversee end- to- end finance operations for Wockhardt's US business, ensuring compliance, governance, and strategic alignment with global finance leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and internal controls

- Act as a strong link between the US Sales Team and the India Finance Team

- Provide relevant data analysis to the in- country Sales Team

- Coordinate with Global CFO and India Finance Team for consolidation and strategic planning

- Supervise accounting, AR/AP, banking, and financial control processes

- Support pricing strategy, sales accounting, and Medicaid/insurance-related processes

- Strengthen internal controls and ensure audit readiness for US operations
