POSITION: Senior Manager - Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management & Development + HRBP
- Design and implement talent management frameworks including succession planning, career pathing, and leadership development.
- Partner with functional heads to identify high-potential talent and drive individual development plans (IDPs).
- Facilitate learning & development interventions, competency assessments, and mentoring programs.
- Anchor performance management cycles - goal setting, mid-year reviews, calibrations, and feedback discussions.
- Drive organization development initiatives such as engagement surveys, culture-building programs, and workforce capability mapping.
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders for all people-related matters - workforce planning, organization re-sign, talent acquisition, and retention.
- Act as the employee champion, addressing people issues, managing grievances, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Partner with Coe's (TA, C&B, L&D, HR Operations) to ensure seamless HR delivery.
- Support change management during organizational transitions or restructuring.
- Use HR analytics to generate insights and recommend proactive interventions.
Employee Engagement & Communication
- Conceptualize and drive engagement calendars and recognition programs.
- Conduct regular pulse checks, skip-levels, and engagement surveys; track and improve engagement scores.
- Partner with internal communications for effective dissemination of HR initiatives.
Policy
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, and ethical standards.
- Review and update HR policies in line with business needs and market best practices.
Desired Profile:
Qualification - MBA-HR
Work Experience - 8-10 years of experience in similar field.
Skills & Knowledge -
- Strong understanding of Talent Management, Performance Management, and HRBP frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Execution focus with the ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Eye for details, energetic & hands-on
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Independence, initiative, flexibility and strong commitment
- Willingness to travel (as and when required).
