Role Overview:
The incumbent will partner closely with business leaders to drive end-to-end talent acquisition while supporting HRBP responsibilities across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for Corporate & Site roles (Engineering, Contracts, QS, Projects, Support functions)
- Strategic manpower planning in alignment with business growth
- Stakeholder management with senior leadership & project teams
- Employer branding, sourcing strategies & recruitment analytics
- HRBP support - onboarding, engagement, performance support & attrition management
- Coordination with consultants, vendors & internal hiring managers
Ideal Candidate:
- 2-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HRBP
- Strong exposure to Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure hiring
- Experience handling both corporate & site-based hiring
- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
- Mumbai-based or open to Mumbai location
