Manager/Senior Manager - Sales - Lithium Ion Battery Business

We're Hiring | Manager / Senior Manager - LIB (Lithium-ion Battery) Business

Location : Noida

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive business development for Lithium-ion Battery (LIB) recycling across OEMs, EV companies, battery manufacturers, cell manufacturers, and energy storage companies.

- Build strategic partnerships and secure sourcing of end-of-life batteries, production scrap, black mass, and related materials.

- Lead commercial negotiations, contract closures, and long-term supply agreements.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across India.

- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Commercial, and Logistics teams for seamless execution.

- Track market trends, commodity prices, and competitor activities to drive business growth.

- Lead and mentor the LIB business team while delivering revenue and procurement targets.

Ideal Candidate :

- Experience in B2B Business Development, Procurement, or Strategic Sourcing

- Strong exposure to Lithium-ion Batteries, EV ecosystem, Battery Recycling, Metals, Energy Storage, or Sustainability sectors

- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and commercial acumen.
