Manager/Senior Manager - PMS Operations - Securities

Reporting To: VP - Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Accounting of daily inflows and outflows

- Preparing masters for securities in Wealth Spectrum and opening new accounts

- Trade settlements and confirming deals with custodians

- Accounting and settlement activities with proper checks and procedures for fixed income deal settlement across systems such as CBrics, NDS, and E-Kuber

- Handling corporate actions including interest, redemption, IPOs, and new issue activities for G-Secs, SDLs, and corporate bonds

- Performing daily reconciliation of securities

- Preparing cash flow statements based on inflows and outflows

- Managing PMS operations and accounting activities

- Regulatory reporting and filings

- Preparing MIS and client reports

- Coordinating with outsourced vendors including fund accountants, custodians, bankers, and RTAs

- Preparing financial statements, analysis, and reports for specific areas or clients

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

- Proactive mindset with the ability to think independently

- High enthusiasm and willingness to learn

- Positive attitude and strong team player

- Ability to handle high transaction volumes with attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Email

- Experience working on WealthSpectrum or mutual fund systems

- Strong understanding of PMS, mutual fund, and fixed income operations

- Experience handling fixed income settlements on platforms such as CBrics, FTRAC, NDS Settlement, EBP, and E-Kuber

- Qualification: CA or MBA from a reputed institute
