Job Description: 1. Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence on stressed assets to identify potential risks, encumbrances, and compliance issues. 2. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including asset purchase agreements, loan restructuring agreements, security documents, and related contracts. 3. Stay current with all relevant laws and regulations related to stressed asset management and ensure compliance in all transactions and processes. 4. Handling matters under the SARFAESI Act; 5. Good Liaising skills with the Police and other government authorities; 6. Handling matters of Arbitration - Retail Cases; 7. Responsible for formulating and recommending appropriate resolution strategies/approach for respective cases amongst the Stressed Asset Portfolio in close coordination with the Business, Collections and Credit Team. 8. Attending Court hearings from time to time; Competencies Required: Skills: 1. Min 3 yrs experience of handling matters of Arbitration - Retail Cases 2. Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to distressed asset management. 3. Proficiency in legal research and analysis. 4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. 5. Detailed knowledge of the SARFAESI Act 6. Thorough Knowledge of existing RBI regulations 7. Good drafting skills; 8. Proficient in Insolvency matters, Counsel & Advocate Briefings.
