Job Description:

- We are seeking a highly capable Legal Manager/Senior Manager to oversee end-to-end contract management and provide comprehensive legal support across business operations.

- The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, MoUs, vendor contracts, and business transaction documents.

- The candidate will also manage company secretarial responsibilities, including statutory compliance, board documentation, and regulatory filings.

- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer legal guidance on commercial, operational, and partnership matters.

- This position includes proactively managing legal risks, strengthening compliance frameworks, and supporting internal policy creation.

- The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in corporate laws, regulatory requirements, and contract lifecycle management, acting as a strategic legal advisor to the leadership team.

Qualifications:

- LLB is mandatory; CS qualification preferred/required.

- Strong experience in contract management, commercial agreements, regulatory compliance, and company secretarial functions.
