Manager/Senior Manager - Legal & Contracts - Green Energy Division - LLB/LLM

Position : Manager / Sr Manager

Department : Green Energy Division - Legal & Contracts

Reporting to : Head - Legal

CTC : 40 lpa

Location : Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities :

- Contract Drafting, Review & Negotiation : Turnkey EPC Contracts, BoP Supply & Service Contracts, Civil Contracts, Supply Contracts (Solar, Wind, BESS), Technology Transfer Agreements.

- Government & Regulatory Communication : Draft formal letters, replies, and representations to MNRE, SECI, NTPC, etc.

- Risk & Claim Management : Identify and mitigate contractual risks, manage arbitration, mediation, and litigation support.

- Compliance & Governance : Ensure compliance with Indian Contract Act, Electricity Act, etc.

- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with procurement, projects, finance, and land teams.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualification : LLB/LLM (reputed law school).

- Experience : 7 - 12 years in leading negotiations, handling EPC & supply contracts, and regulatory matters.

- Sector Preference: Renewable Energy / Infrastructure / EPC.
