About the job : As a Manager /Senior Manager, Leadership Recruiter. Your role will involve managing end-to-end executive recruitment processes, building client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality leadership hires. This position requires a deep understanding of executive search and talent acquisition, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their talent acquisition needs and strategic goals. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. - Collaborate with clients to define position requirements, align expectations, and provide expert guidance on executive recruitment best practices. - Leadership Recruitment Strategy and Execution: - Lead and manage a team of recruiters dedicated to executive search and leadership recruitment. - Develop and execute comprehensive executive search strategies to identify, engage, and attract top-level talent for client organizations. - Utilize various sourcing channels, such as databases, industry networks, and direct approaches, to identify potential executive candidates. - Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. - Present shortlisted candidates to clients, provide insights and recommendations, and facilitate the interview and selection process. - Manage negotiation and offer processes to secure successful executive placements. - Team Leadership and Development: - Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the recruitment team, ensuring high performance and professional development. - Set team goals, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and outcomes. - Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practice adoption. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in executive recruitment, sharing knowledge and insights with the team. - Client Reporting and Stakeholder Management: - Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to clients, highlighting recruitment progress, metrics, and results. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR teams, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of recruitment processes. - Provide strategic advice and recommendations to clients on talent acquisition, employer branding, and recruitment market trends. Requirements: - Min 8 years of Proven experience as a senior-level recruiter, with a strong focus on leadership recruitment, C-Suite hiring with consulting / Executive search firms only. - Extensive knowledge of executive search methodologies, talent acquisition strategies, and best practices. - Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection. - Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to understand client needs, build trust, and provide strategic guidance. - Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Analytical mindset and ability to use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive recruitment success. - Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other technology platforms. - Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (additional certifications in HR or talent acquisition are a plus).
