Job Description
Responsible for conceptualizing, developing and executing organization wide initiatives and programs to unlock potential and ultimately create a sustainable learning ecosystem for leaders. The target audience would range from campus hires to senior leaders. The focus would be on both managerial & leadership capability building
Responsibilities
- Identify key behavioural competencies required across the organization.
- Being a learning coach for identified talent pool members to help them implement their individual learning plan and direct them to relevant resources both internal & external
- Develop and implement consistent methods and metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions
- Continually assess the competitiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries and market. Direct & guide the team to conduct market research into existing Academies/Corporate universities, workplace learning in India/abroad, to understand and adopt best practices & learnings
- Budgeting, Reporting and analytics around talent management, learning and sentiment
- Internal OD & change consultant to Business/Functional Leaders on leadership, team effectiveness and other workplace challenges.
