Talent Management & HR Strategy - Manager/ Senior Manager HR
Location- Mumbai / Delhi
Qualification- MBA - Tier 1 / 2 colleges or MA - TISS

Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Business Partnership:
- Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with short-term and long-term business goals.
- Partner with CEO, CXOs, and Business Heads to align workforce planning with company growth plans.
- Contribute to annual business planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational capability planning.
- Establish HR KPIs and monitor people metrics to drive performance and productivity.
Senior Leadership Communication & Advisory:
- Act as a strategic advisor and HR business partner to senior leadership.
- Participate in leadership meetings and strategic discussions to provide insights on talent trends, workforce risks, and succession planning.
- Present HR dashboards, analytics, and organizational health metrics to senior management.
- Facilitate leadership workshops, performance calibration sessions, and strategic offsite discussions.
- Provide confidential guidance to senior leaders on employee relations, organizational challenges, and change initiatives.
- Support executive decision-making with data-driven recommendations and workforce analysis.
Organizational Development (OD):
- Lead organization design, structure optimization, and role clarity frameworks.
- Implement performance management systems (KPIs/OKRs/Competency-based frameworks).
- Drive succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
- Lead change management initiatives during restructuring or transformation phases.
- Conduct engagement surveys and implement improvement action plans.
Talent Management & Workforce Planning:
- Design end-to-end talent lifecycle frameworks (attraction, development, retention).
- Develop competency frameworks and career progression models.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for strategic hiring and employer branding.
- Implement retention strategies and high-potential (HiPo) development programs.
HR Policy & Governance:
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies aligned with labor laws and organizational values.
- Create SOPs, employee handbooks, and standardized HR processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Build scalable and structured HR systems to support business expansion.
Key Requirements:
- 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, including Strategic HR and Organizational Development.
