To lead strategic initiatives that strengthen employer brand, drive impactful corporate communication, and curate exceptional employee experiences across digital, physical, and cultural touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employer Branding & Recruitment Strategy:

- Plan and execute Employer Branding campaigns across Careers Microsite, Glassdoor/Ambition Box, and Social Media platforms.

- Develop strategic communication for Employee Advocacy programs and Talent Acquisition interventions.

2. Corporate Communication:

- Manage content and updates for Corporate Websites.

- Drive social media presence across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube.

Magazines and Group-level communication.- Oversee internal communication through Intranet, Employee Chatbot, Newsletters, Health Magazines and Group-level communication.

3. Employee Engagement:

- Lead Recognition & Rewards programs - Quarterly and Annual Awards.

- Curate engagement activities including Festival Celebrations, Fun Events, and Volunteering Drives.

- Manage Corporate Gifting initiatives.

4. Leadership Communication:

- Conceptualize and drive leadership connects internally and media collaborations externally.

Events & Sustainability:

- Organize marquee Events such as Quarterly MD Townhalls, TATA Volunteering, TATA Sustainability, TATA Innovista, and TATA Marathon.

5. Listening Mechanisms:

- Run internal listening mechanisms like employee pulse check and experience surveys.

Key Competencies:

- Expertise in employer branding, digital communication, and employee engagement.

- Strong stakeholder management and storytelling skills.

- Ability to manage multi-channel communication and measure impact.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA/PGDM in HR, Marketing, or Communications.

- 8-12 years of experience in Employer Branding, Corporate Communication, or related domains.

- Proven ability to lead large-scale branding and engagement initiatives.
