Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Domestic Sales professional to drive Pan-India business growth in the flexible packaging space. The role focuses on new customer acquisition, key account management, market expansion, and end-to-end ownership of domestic sales across Modern Trade, HoReCa, QSR, and Institutional segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new domestic customers through cold calling, emails & in- person visits
- Manage and grow key accounts across Modern Trade, HoReCa, QSR & Institutions
- Develop and expand new markets on a Pan-India basis
- Own the complete sales cycle - pricing, negotiations, contracts, order execution & after-sales
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets with profitability focus
- Prepare and share quotations against customer enquiries and order confirmations
- Represent the company at domestic trade exhibitions & industry events
- Conduct market & competitor analysis; define product positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Coordinate with factory, quality & logistics teams for smooth order fulfilment
- Maintain CRM, customer database & periodic customer satisfaction feedback
- Address customer grievances in coordination with plant & quality teams
Requirements:
- Any Graduate + MBA / PG Preferred
- 1012 years of B2B Domestic Sales experience in the Packaging / Flexible Packaging industry
- Exposure to Pan-India markets or at least 2 regions
- Proven experience in Modern Trade, HoReCa, QSR & Institutional sales
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions
- CRM exposure preferred with strong communication & stakeholder management skills
