Location - Mumbai Qualification - LLB / LLM Preferring candidates from NBFC and Housing Finance companies only. Experience - 4+ years with in-depth experience in handling corporate legal.Should have excellent understanding of RBI and SEBI regulations. Role & Responsibility: 1. Drafting, negotiating and finalizing various service agreements, risk and revenue sharing arrangements, shared services agreements, NDAs, marketing agreements, contracts, LOIs and documents for various business functions. 2. Preparing authority letters, power of attorneys, legal notice replies, managing strategic litigations. 3. Standardizing product documents and legal advisory for various businesses. 4. Drafting, negotiating and finalizing various loan and security documents for all businesses including retail and wholesale banking products. 5. Co-ordinate with external lawyers on various mandates. 6. Preparing and documenting various legal policies and process notes and implementing the same; 7. Identifying existing legal risk framework within the organization and suggesting mitigants; 8. Updating the stamp duty grid for all products on a Pan India basis; 9. Drafting, negotiating and finalizing borrowing / fund raising structures and documentation including loan, NCDs, sub-debt, masala bonds, external commercial borrowings, direct assignments, securitization (standard assets and non-performing assets) etc.
