Job Description :
- This is to manage annual compensation review cycle, mid year review, incentive planning, and salary benchmarking
- Manpower planning and HR budgeting process
- Streamline compensation policies, programs, and procedures with the company's HR vision and overarching objectives.
- Analyze compensation data and trends to make informed decisions on salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentives.
- Design LTI (Long term incentive plan / ACR Annual Compensation Review.
- Looking to hire preferably Male candidate for this role.
- Candidates from Manufacturing / Consumer goods/ FMCG / Consulting will be preferred.
