Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical HR professional to lead our Compensation & Performance Management initiatives. This role is pivotal in aligning Total Rewards & performance frameworks with business goals, driving a culture of meritocracy and operational excellence across all units.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Compensation & Benefits:
- Design and implement competitive compensation structures based on market benchmarks and internal philosophy.
- Deliver annual salary reviews, merit increases, and incentive programs (STI/Sales Incentives/ Any Other).
- Explore scope for analytics including pay range development, cost benefit analysis, annual comp budgeting and other real time comp analytical requests.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
Performance Management:
- Own and drive the organization's Performance Management System (PMS) across all business units.
- Facilitate KRA setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals in collaboration with HRBPs.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and development opportunities.
- Support managers in feedback delivery and performance improvement planning.
Strategic HR Projects:
- Partner with consulting firms for compensation surveys and performance benchmarking.
- Lead communication and change management initiatives as part of the Total Rewards deliverable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a strong & employee focused reward structure.
- Develop analytical reporting & dashboards of our HR Processes for Management Information and other key stakeholders
