About the Client

Profile: Business Development

Designation: Manager/Senior Manager

Location: Singapore - (Only Chinese origin candidate preferred)

Skills - Business acumen, Strategic thinking, Negotiation skill and Team management. Must know the local geographical business pockets and fluent in English along with the local language

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate new business for the region

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

3. Achieve business targets through acquisition & retention

4. Ensure 100% service level by overcoming bottlenecks strategically

5. Visit sectors like power plants, cement, mines, and steel for new business

6. Coordinate with operations team and ensure smooth reporting

7. Develop cost-effective strategies for value-added services

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Engineering Graduate /Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experience: Min 5 years of hands-on experience with Inspection, Testing and Certification (TIC) industry. Coal, Mineral, non-ferrous are preferred.
