Interface with key contacts to align performance management processes to business requirements. Offer expertise in global entities, markets, strategic business objectives, and performance management strategies. - Collaborate with members of the organization to design different aspects of performance management processes and policies. Assess the implication of changes to organizational structure and business objectives on performance management systems and processes. Create or contribute to the global implementation of employee and leadership performance management processes. Support system or tool enhancements to translate business requirements into system designs.
