About the Role:

We are hiring a Sales Manager - US IT Staffing for a fast-growing organization focused on delivering high-quality technology staffing solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients in the US.

This is a high-impact "player-coach" role, ideal for someone who can both individually drive revenue and build a scalable sales function from the ground up. You will be responsible for end-to-end sales execution, from prospecting to closing, while gradually building and mentoring a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Execution:

- Own and achieve individual revenue targets from day one

- Drive end-to-end client acquisition: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closure

- Build and manage a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline

- Develop relationships with US-based Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition leaders, HR, and Procurement stakeholders

- Navigate VMS/MSP environments as part of enterprise sales strategy

Process & Strategy:

- Design and implement a scalable sales playbook (ICP, outreach strategy, qualification, pipeline stages)

- Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and sales metrics

- Collaborate closely with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure fulfillment excellence

Team Leadership:

- Hire, onboard, and develop a sales team as the business scales

- Provide hands-on coaching, deal support, and performance management

- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):

- Proven experience in US IT staffing sales (contract/C2H/direct hire)

- Demonstrated success in owning and delivering US revenue targets from India

- Track record of building new client accounts (not just managing existing ones)

- Strong "player-coach" mindset - ability to sell and lead simultaneously

- (Candidates lacking direct US IT staffing sales experience will not be considered)

Preferred Experience:

- 8-14 years of total experience with at least 4+ years in US staffing sales

- Experience working with enterprise or mid-market US clients

Strong understanding of IT hiring domains such as:

- Cloud & Infrastructure

- Data Engineering / AI-ML

- Enterprise Applications (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)

- Cybersecurity, QA, Full-stack

Familiarity with:

- C2C, W2, 1099 models

- Rate negotiations and staffing economics

- VMS/MSP tools (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.)

What Success Looks Like:

- Ability to build a pipeline from scratch and convert into revenue

- Strong client relationships with US stakeholders

- Clear ownership of metrics: accounts opened, deals closed, revenue delivered

- Contribution to building a scalable and repeatable sales engine

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in zero-to-one environments

- Strong communication skills with confidence in US client interactions

- Existing US client network is a strong advantage

- Ability to work in US time zones (EST/CST/PST overlap)
