Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B transformer sales across industrial, infrastructure, and utility sectors in South India
- Develop and manage distributor/channel partner networks, EPCs, and government clients
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities in distribution/ power/ dry-type/ oil-cooled transformers
- Handle tenders, RFQs, and techno-commercial negotiations
- Collaborate with the technical and project teams for customized transformer solutions
- Maintain CRM for funnel visibility and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor strategies
Requirements:
- 8- 15 years of experience in transformer sales or power equipment sales
- Strong network with EPCs, utilities, infra companies, and industrial buyers in South India
- Proven track record of closing high-value transformer deals
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills
