Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business development and sales of transformers (power & distribution) in West & North India

- Engage with key decision-makers in infrastructure, renewable energy, utilities, and OEM sectors

- Build strong pipeline via tenders, private projects, and long-term supply contracts

- Manage key accounts and existing client relationships to maximize repeat business

- Work closely with design & operations teams to deliver technical solutions

- Represent the company at trade fairs, expos, and client meetings

- Monitor competitor activity and provide strategic inputs for market penetration

Requirements:

- 8-15 years of relevant experience in transformer or heavy electrical equipment sales

- Strong exposure to government procurement processes, EPCs, and turnkey projects

- Excellent network in West/North Indian industrial markets

- Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering preferred; MBA is a plus

- Fluent in English and local languages (Marathi/Hindi) for better client communication
