About the Role:

Prime Hire Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead non-IT client acquisition and business development efforts across diverse industries, including BFSI, Pharmaceuticals, Electric Vehicles (EV), Automobiles, and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment sales, an extensive understanding of non-IT domains, and a proven ability to build lasting client partnerships. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the companys growth by expanding its client base and strengthening relationships with key industry players.

Key Responsibilities:


- Identify, target, and acquire new clients across various non-IT industries by understanding their hiring requirements and offering customized recruitment solutions.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and client acquisition goals.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring consistent communication and client satisfaction.

- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to align sales objectives with delivery capabilities, ensuring high-quality and timely service delivery.

- Manage the entire business development cycle from lead generation and proposal submission to contract negotiation and closure.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential partnerships.

- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and deals in CRM systems for efficient tracking and reporting.

- Represent Prime Hire Inc at networking events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

- Provide insights and feedback from clients to help improve service offerings and business strategies.

What Were Looking For:


- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment sales, client acquisition, or business development.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and market trends in sectors like BFSI, Pharma, EV, Automobile, and Manufacturing.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.

- Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts effectively.

- Strong networking, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.
