About the Role
We are looking for an accomplished Sales Manager MICE to lead our pan-India corporate MICE vertical. If you have a proven record in winning large corporate group travel for international destinations and driving high-performing teams - this role is built for you!
Role Highlights (Point Wise)
Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute MICE revenue strategies
- Drive YOY revenue growth and market expansion
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews
Client Acquisition & Retention
- Build, nurture, and grow key corporate accounts
- Drive new client acquisition for group travel (Europe, SE Asia, Thailand, etc.)
- Ensure long-term client satisfaction
Global MICE Sales Leadership
- Support sales teams across all regions
- Ensure alignment to MICE revenue targets pan-India
Event & Execution Excellence
- Lead end-to-end event lifecycle: planning, budgeting, execution
- Ensure timely delivery, high quality, and perfect client experiences
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead central MICE operations & regional teams
- Build team capability, efficiency & performance
Requirements
- 10 - 15 years of MICE experience (minimum 5+ years in a leadership role)
- Proven track record in winning large corporate group MICE business for international travel
- Strong strategic, commercial & financial acumen
- Bachelors degree (Tourism/Hospitality/Business); MBA preferred
