Currently we are hiring as Sales and Marketing Manager_ MBA Freshers

Job Location: Bangalore / Mumbai / Kolkata / Delhi / Lucknow / UK/ Punjab/ Gurugram

Industry: FMCG/Foods & Beverages.

Education: MBAs from Premier Institutes like IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS/ IIFTs

Exp: 0-1 years

Job Description:

1. Candidate should ready to work in FMCG/ Foods & Beverages industry.

2. Candidates Should work in Assigned territory in Sales and Marketing Functions Like General Trade, Modern Trade/ E- Commerce / Quick commerce / Institutional Sales / Key Accounts.

3. Closely work with Distributors / Channel partners in assigned territory.

4 Build & Monitor action plans to manage overall spends and devise interventions to improve the ROI of spends,

5. Establish and drive effective Customer management through strong relationship building at senior levels in the national accounts

6.Conduct planning and strategic negotiations with multi category alliances, accounts to deliver growth results.

7. Devise action plans to provide sustained performance levels on account serviceability , issue resolution etc.

8.Collaborate internally with marketing , supply chain , finance and operations team
